Who we are

This site is operated by Hedera ("we"). Hedera is a referral service that connects you with independent local contractors; we do not perform the work.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, phone, email, ZIP code, a description of the problem, and your consent choice, recorded with a timestamp.
• Basic, cookie-free site analytics, such as pages viewed.

How we use and share it

We use your information to route your request. We share it with one participating local contractor for that purpose. We do not sell your information to data brokers or to multiple contractors. Form submissions are processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, which receives the data you submit and forwards it to us by email. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, the participating contractor may call or text you about your request, as described on the form. Consent is optional. To opt out of texts, reply STOP.

Retention

We keep request and consent records for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your choices

To get a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact [email protected]. We'll also ask the contractor we shared it with to delete it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
